Someone say hug!?
This is a portrait of the cuddliest of the Living Dead who goes by the name Scratch. Scratch is an interesting fella. After becoming the servant of the Hierarch of Defense, Khet, Scratch was abused and neglected for years. Scars were recieved daily, and the servants of the other Hierarchs called the unnamed newcomer, "Scratch", because of this. The worst scar is probably the one over his right eye, which he recieved after being curb stomped by one of the Hierarch's guards. It cracked his orbit and left a deep gash that ran up his eye. And this little guy experienced every form of abuse imaginable, unfortunately, and became literally insane.
The insanity made Scratch quite childish, random, and single-minded (think ADHD but ten times worse). Another symptom was the shakes, and at times Scratch's shaking fits were noticable from a good distance. Over time though, Scratch became accustome to the shaking, and just ignored the fits when they happened, which was quite often.
The story of how Scratch became a "Living Dead" is probably my favorite. After holding up in an abondoned building with a bunch of other refugees, Scratch and the group found themselves under attack by the Hierarch soldiers. After spraying the floors of the building with shots, and bombarding it with heavy guns, the soldiers moved in assuming to find reminants of bodies. Well, for the most part they did, but up from the bodies jumps Scratch virtually unscaved.
Scratch pounces on the closest soldier and begins to claw at the soldier's helmet. After throwing Scratch off while stabbing him in the process, one would assume the Drone would just sit their and die, but this is Scratch we're talking about. Nope, instead Scratch rips the knife out of his chest, buries it in the soldier's gut, and then turns to the next soldier in the room.
The two wrestle, and after throwing Scratch off, Scratch recovers and jumps on the soldier's back. The soldier looses his footing, and the two fall out a 30 or so story window to their deaths.
The resistance hears about it, and with Scout's recommendation, Scratch is added to the squad after they resurrect the recently deceased Drone.
He's the most loving of the group, and will be your best friend immediately as long as you don't bash him in the face.

Vision Originality Technique ImpactI am happy to say (and I might be the only person to say this), he is adoable.
Now to the real critique... All these characters you've created for your series are memorable. Not only they are incredible, they are also different, and detailed, as you describe them.
The best part in this portrait would be the shading. Every time you shade with a pencil is different, and always good. Also with the shading, you made the different kinds of texture in his body visible, I like that.
The head may look a bit deformed, but I'm sure that's how you imagined these aliens. Surely, this might be one of your best works so far.
